LineCAL ® It is an innovative method based on multi-channel fiber optic sensors, which can achieve fully automated high-precision measurement of the position deviation of each axis of the machine, especially effective when repeatedly calibrating specific types of machines. Provided a fully automated solution for comprehensive geometric analysis, verification, and accuracy improvement of coordinate measuring machines and machine tools. LineCAL conducts a detailed analysis of various geometric axis errors. By clicking the mouse, compensation data files suitable for various CNC systems can be generated, and they can also be directly connected to multiple CNC systems online.
